Steenhoek Environmental accepts residential and commercial yard waste products.  Our goal is to serve our community through providing an easily accessible site to dispose of your yard waste products.  Yard waste will then be turned into wood chips or used as an ingredient to make our premium compost.

Payments must be left with EACH VISIT  to the yard waste site, even if you are making multiple trips.

PAYMENTS

 

  • Payments can be made at the red roof shed (office), located on the south side of the south grain bin.  

 

  • If no one is available in the office, please leave your payment in the silver drop slot located to the left side of the office door.

 

  • A container attached to the building located at the left side of the office door will contain a receipt booklet and pen if you need to write yourself a receipt.  

 

  • Forms of payment accepted:  

    • Cash

    • Check

DIRECTIONS:  Enter and exit the yard waste site through the South drive only.  You will see a large pile of debris                              ahead.  PLEASE DUMP ON THE PILE or as close to the pile as possible, and not on the road. Be                              cautious of areas of water and mud.  

 

 

COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS:  Commercial customers may have an account set up to be billed directly each                                                               month.  With each visit, a dump ticket will need to be filled out and left in the                                                                 payment drop slot and indicate the customer, date, and quantity of the yard                                                                 waste left.  W-9 requirements will need to be stated in advance of drop of yard                                                             waste.
